Fundraising Sculptures
The TREE OF LIFE, a revered symbol of growth and vigor, is a beautiful way to encourage contributions and showcase donors for institutions that rely on donations. Meant to be displayed in a central room or foyer, the tree should hang on a paneled hardwood wall where it's inherent beauty will attract visitors while gently planting a request for donation in their minds.
It can serve as a centerpiece for fundraising while, for example, donors can be encouraged to "Help the Tree of Life Grow," bringing direction and immediacy to requests for contributions.
Carefully measured to fit the dimensions of the room where it will hang, the tree is hand-cut from sheets of brass. The leaves, which will bear the names of donors are photo etched into the brass and can be made into any shape or design, are nailed into the wall. A patina is added to bring out highlights on the trunk, allowing the ambient light to play off the sculpture, giving it light and dimension. The tree can hold a virtually unlimited number of leaves to be sold singly or to groups in branches.
